Medicine Buddha Meditation Health Secret Method

  • "The Inner Energy Healing Practice" is a series of courses on the Great Medicine Buddha Meditation and Health Method – "Sound Yoga" practice, which is a static practice method.
  • "The Inner Energy Healing Practice" uses the sound waves of the ten-tone scale to absorb the pure energy of the universe and dissolve all diseases, pathogenic factors, viruses, and lesions in the body.
  • This meditation and health method gathers cosmic energy in the low register and releases pathogenic energy, viruses, and lesions from within the body in the high register. By repeatedly absorbing the pure energy of the universe and releasing pathogenic energy, the body's bio-energy flow can be regulated, leading to better health and a calmer mind.
  • According to physicists' experiments, the range of sound frequencies that the human ear can hear is between 20 Hz and 20,000 Hz. However, the sounds emitted by practitioners of Tibetan Tantric Qigong and Sound Yoga range from a minimum of 0.1 Hz to a maximum of 28,000 Hz, far exceeding the sound frequencies that the human ear can hear.
  • "The Inner Energy Healing Practice" uses sound to create a mixture of sound, light, electricity, and magnetism, which resonates between the body's bioenergy field and the energy field of the universe. This adjusts the order of the body's bioenergy field, clears the meridians and channels, promotes the circulation of qi and blood, and thus repairs diseased bodies and lesions, achieving the effect of health.
  • "Sound Yoga," a practice based on sound, is one of the essential methods of Tibetan Buddhist Qigong. According to scientific experiments conducted by the lineage holders of the Medicine Buddha Meditation Health Method, it has been proven that by utilizing the frequency of sound to resonate with the audio frequencies of nature or the universe, the functions of the human body's internal organs can be adjusted accordingly, vitality strengthened, and human potential developed.
  • By diligently practicing "The Inner Energy Healing Practice," practitioners will find their circulatory system improving rapidly in a short period of time, their body and limbs becoming warmer and no longer cold. Those suffering from neurasthenia or physical weakness will become stronger. Even their facial features will become more peaceful and gentle, making them more likable in daily life.

  • "The Inner Energy Healing Practice" primarily uses the Amitabha Buddha mudra.
  • Raise both hands from the sides of the body upwards, holding up the Buddha's light. Place the hands above the head with fingertips touching, then lower them to the tip of the nose and join them together in front of the chest.
  • Bring your hands together in front of your chest to form the Amitabha mudra.
  • The key points of the Amitabha Mudra are: lower and tuck your shoulders in, tuck your chest in, contract your abdomen, and lift your anus.
  • When making the Amitabha Mudra, lower and pull your shoulders inward, exert force at the shoulders, keep your forearms in a straight line, and bring your hands together to form the Amitabha Mudra.
  • The key to clasping your hands together is "fingers firmly planted, palms relaxed." That is, the fingers of both hands are joined together, but the palms are separate and do not touch.
  • With hands clasped together, form the Amitabha mudra at a distance of about one palm's width from the chest.
  • Form the Amitabha Mudra with your fingertips pointing upwards, aligned with the tip of your nose and the space between your eyebrows, forming a straight line.
  • Lower your head slightly, and at the same time, feel a slight upward push in your head.
  • Slouch, pull in your stomach, tighten your anus, and exert force with both hands (from your shoulders) without pausing. Breathe naturally and focus your attention on the force exerted by your hands.
  • Feel a surge of heat flowing from the back of your head, cervical spine, and spine to your entire body, making your whole body feel hot, burning, and on fire.
  • Experience sitting in the Samadhi Fire, with your whole body heating up and burning, burning away all the sickness, turbidity, and karmic energy in your body.
  • We feel all karmic energy being burned away, and our whole body becomes transparent and radiant. Our spiritual journey becomes smooth and unobstructed, and we generate compassion and wisdom. We feel the sickness, impurities, and karmic energy in our body being burned away, and our body becomes more and more pure, transparent, pure, and free from defilement.
